State of Illinois Appellate Court, Fourth District

Currently the Plaintiffs are awaiting the decision of the Appellate Court. Appellant's Brief and Reply Brief have already been submitted as well as Appellees' Responses. The Plaintiffs requested no oral arguments. The facts do not change.
