Notes for Federal Complaint:
Illinois Attorney General Kwame Raoul and his office have filed in representing some of the private citizens named in this civil complaint. It is unclear to Plaintiffs why the state is involved in a civil complaint between private citizens, and this seems to be a misappropriation of government resources for personal use.
It is ironic that taxpayers are paying for the defense of the individuals assisting in deprivation of citizens' rights under the color of law vs those resources protecting the rights of the citizen, so no lawsuit is filed.
All attempts to resolve this in any meaningful way has been ignored by the Attorney General's Office regarding the acts in this occurrence.
Due to the actions of the court officers in court September 20,2024, additional charges will be added to the federal complaint including but not limited to violations of the Plaintiffs Constitutional Rights Under the Color of Law 18 U.S. Code § 242 - Deprivation of rights under color of law, 18 U.S. Code § 241 - Conspiracy against rights, Obstruction of Justice - 18 U.S. Code § 1512 (b)(c)(d)(h)(k)- Tampering with a witness, victim, or an informant, Obstruction of Justice - 18 U.S. Code § 1513 (b)(d)(e)(f)(g) - Retaliating against a witness, victim, or an informant, Obstruction of Justice - 18 U.S. Code § 1509 - Obstruction of court orders, 18 U.S. Code § 3 - Accessory after the fact, 18 U.S. Code § 245 (b)(1)(B)(5)(d) - Interference with Federally Protected Activity, 18 U.S. Code § 16, 18 U.S. Code § 25, and 18 U.S. Code § 19 which deprived Plaintiffs of rights secured by the Constitution and laws of the United States.
